NFA Announces USA College LD Topic 08-09

As according to the procedure of the selection and announcement of the Lincoln Douglas Debate Resolution for the academic year 2008-2009, I am pleased to announce that the debate resolution is as follows:

RESOLVED: The United States Federal Government should substantially increase its constructive engagement with Cuba.
