This year’s second annual Call of the Loon program will continue what we set out to do last year: bring together college students and coaches interested in alternative debate styles. We offer a one of a kind retreat styled experience that fosters exploration of a diversity of critical perspectives and experiences.Register today to share in our collective shaping of the future of debate discourse while surrounded by the beautiful woodlands of Oregon.Join us in celebration and support of alternative debate education. Enjoycanoeing, hiking, campfires, and great food amidst the solitude of nature.DateWe will offer two different tracks in June of 2010, each track will last 10 days and students maopt to take both tracks for a deeper debate education. Students may arrive before the session begins and leave the day after the session ends.Track One: June 1, 2010 to June 10, 2010Track Two: June 15, 2010 to June 24, 2010What's IncludedCall of the Loon is an entirely inclusive package which provides lodging, food, supplies, and deep debate insight. The fees paid to NDRI will provide you with nearly everything you will need for the session. Unlike other programs, we make sure you are taken care of in terms of both mind and body.
