To increase opportunities and skills for youth debate in order to contribute to the building of democratic and pluralistic societies in the Arab region.

لزيادة الفرص المتاحة والمهارات اللازمة لإقامة مناظرات الشبابية من أجل المساهمة في بناء مجتمعات ديمقراطية وتعددية في المنطقة العربية.
Description
'Young Arab Voices' was jointly launched in 2011 by the British Council and the Anna Lindh Foundation, in response to the historic political and social changes taking place across the Arab region. The purpose of the programme is to train young people in debating skills and facilitate youth participation in new processes of democratic transition and reform. It has led to the creation of debate clubs in a wide range of settings, from schools and universities to cultural spaces and grass-root NGOs.

تم اطلاق ’صوت الشباب العربي’ كمشروع مشترك بين المجلس الثقافي البريطاني ومؤسسة أنا ليند، استجابة للتغييرات السياسية والاجتماعية التاريخية الجارية في أرجاء العالم العربي. الغرض من البرنامج هو اتاحة فرص تدريبية للشباب في مهارات المناظرة لتيسيير اشراكهم في عمليات التحول الديموقراطي والإصلاح الجديدة. وقد أدي توفير ذلك الى انشاء نوادي مناظرات في العديد من الأماكن ذات طبائع متنوعة، من مدارس وجامعات، لمراكز ثقافية ومنظمات غير حكومية مجتمعية.
