We are happy to release our updated list of allocations for Chennai Worlds 2014.

We would like to note that all institutions that had requested a first team have now been allocated a team and several have been allocated a second team. We have allocated a total of 384 team slots. We strongly expect to reallocate further slots, and will notify institutions as they receive additional teams in the coming weeks.
We have promoted a 100 teams from our wait list and marked them with a comment. We will also be updating your status of granted teams on FastRego in the next couple of days. We ask that all institutions that haven't registered on FastRego due to being present on the wait list do so on or before 17th July, 10 a.m. GMT.
We have also allocated judges and observers to institutions after considering the requests we received. If you definitely require an observer (for instance, you are a coach that must travel with your contingent) but haven't been allocated a slot yet, kindly email us at registration@chennaiworlds.com with your institution name and the number of observers that you would require, and we will make note of the same.
We also request that you inform us about changes to your contingent as soon as possible. If you have a coach that will also be judging at Worlds, and you have been granted an additional observer slot that you don't require, do email us immediately at registration@chennaiworlds.com to inform us regarding this change. If you are not sending the number of teams or judges you have been allocated, kindly notify us so that we may reallocate this slot to a team placed in the wait list.
Institutions that have just been promoted from the wait list today, as well as institutional judges and observers that have been allocated now, have until 5th August, 10 a.m. GMT to email us the receipt from the bank obtained after completing the wire transfer process and update FastRego.
The deposit due by August 5th for the institutions that have been recently promoted is INR 10,000 per participant (debater/adjudicator, and INR 25,000 overall) and INR 27,000 per observer (INR 57,000 overall). The balance due per institution will also be reflected shortly in FastRego, as we update the number of teams granted to institutions and confirm their payments made during the initial phase.

Important note: Kindly put in your institution name as the remitter reference on your transfer document, and mark your institution name and the number of teams/judges that you are paying for in the comments section. Not doing so is likely to lead to potential loss of funds and verification delays. It is fairly difficult for us to be able to reference payments without this detail, and we urge all institution representatives to kindly heed this request.
If you require invoices or additional invoices for the judges/observers that you have been granted now, kindly email us at registration@chennaiworlds.com and we will respond to you as soon as we can.
We also request that you email us at registration@chennaiworlds.com and update your FastRego account with the receipt obtained at the bank immediately after completing the wire transfer at your end.

We recognize that the process of steadily adding teams, judges, and observers creates multiple payment deadlines for institutions. We also recognize that those deadlines will be different between institutions, depending on when an institution was allocated an additional spot team or individuals for Worlds.
