Summer Inst. 2013-Student Speech
Summer Institute
The sixth annual Debate Summer Institute was filled with dedicated students, coaches, and volunteers. For five days, students attended lectures, labs, practice debates and showcases-- all in the name of preparing for the 2013-2014 debate season. Novice debaters received instruction in all three of the debate formats presently offered in HUDL:cross examination, world's, and public forum. Advanced students were permitted to specialize in a single format, and spent the week working in the debate format of their choice.
