Chicago Debate Commission launches its new website!

The Chicago Debate Commission (CDC) announces today the official launch of www.chicagodebatecommission.org. The newly designed website offers information for the public about the educational benefits of debate, explains our unique public-private partnership with Chicago Public Schools, and welcomes potential volunteers and supporters. We continue to operate a separate and active CDL website -- (www.chicagodebateleague.org) -- providing up-to-date resources, files, instructional materials, announcements, and schedules for schools, teachers, and students directly involved in the programming of the Chicago Debate League. The new CDC website features photographs, quotes from students, program overviews, and numerous ways to connect with the CDC through social media, volunteerism, donations and more. The website project was led by CDC Development and Communications Manager, Mary Penn, and was completed with the help of a volunteer site programmer, Maxwell Brown.
