Bratislava Schools Debating Competition, Slovakia, April 3-7, 2014

Dear members of the WSDC debating community.

It is my pleasure to invite you to the Bratislava Schools Debating Competition held in Slovakia, April 3-7, 2014. 

It is one of the largest international competitions in Europe (40 teams in 2013), known for its hospitality, good debates and strong local pool of judges. 

Preparations for 2014 are underway - Geetha Creffield from Singapore will be our Chief Adjudicator and registration is open, with some new countries joining us already.

Dear debating community,

Slovak Debate Association would like to officially invite you to the fourth edition of the international Bratislava Schools Debating Competition which will be held from 3rd to 7th of April 2014 in Slovakia's capital city Bratislava.

Last three editions attracted teams from 16 countries and created atmosphere of friendship and debating enthusiasm. If you are looking for an opportunity to enter into an exciting challenge with international teams and get the best practice before WSDC 2014 in Thailand and spend splendid four spring days in sunny Central Europe, BSDC 2014 is just a tournament for you.

BSDC 2014 CA Geetha Creffield recommends the tournament from her previous experience, attending as a trainer: “BSDC is well worth the travel and affords the opportunity for excellent debating experiences and memories.“ Our website offers not only positive references from the greats of debating but also information about Bratislava and the tournament itself.
