1. The first payment phase is underway for teams that have been granted slots on our allocations list. Downpayment of INR 10,000 per debater/adjudicator must be made by an institution in order to avoid forfeiture of their slots. Payment details are available at http://chennaiworlds.com/registration/payment-details/. If you require an invoice and haven't received one or require further documentation from us, kindly email registration@chennaiworlds.com immediately.
2. If you are no longer able to fill the slots that you have been allocated, kindly email us at registration@chennaiworlds.com immediately. If you wish to request an extension to make payment, email us at registration@chennaiworlds.com with reasons and a date until which you would require such extension.
3. Independent judge applications are out and available at: http://goo.gl/vgWUH The deadline for submission is July 22nd for phase one.
4. All institutions that haven't been granted judges yet and want to send judges must fill in the institutional adjudicator form available at: http://goo.gl/GwJJ2. The deadline for submission is July 5th, 2013.
